6:00 AM – 8:00 AM: Wake, Hydrate, Move

Start your day by giving your body exactly what it needs after hours of rest: hydration, sunlight, and motion. Drink a full glass of water before reaching for caffeine. Step outside for a few minutes—even just natural light through the window helps reset your internal clock.

Add movement, even if it’s light stretching or a 15-minute walk. This activates circulation, improves mental alertness, and sets the tone for productivity.
